Recipe Feeder
4 oz pasta shapes 100 g
1/2 small onion, peeled and finely chopped 1/2
2 tbsp dry vermouth 30 mL
5 tbsp thick mayonnaise 75 mL
1 tsp mild curry paste 5 mL
1 tsp apricot jam 5 mL
1 tsp lemon juice 5 mL
2 large sausages, cooked and thinly sliced 2
1 tomato, sliced (to garnish) 1
black olives (to garnish)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well and cool.

Put the onion and vermouth in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Mix together the onion mixture, mayonnaise, curry paste, apricot jam and lemon juice. Pour over the pasta and toss to coat evenly. Fold in the sausages. Turn the mixture into a serving dish and garnish with the tomato slices and black olives.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
