Ingredients
6 cups torn iceberg and Romaine lettuces
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup glazed pecans, halved
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup Refrigerated Hidden Valley® Original Ranch
1/4 cup crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon*
Preparation
In large salad bowl combine lettuces, chicken, cranberries, pecans, and blue cheese. Pour on dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with bacon.
Makes 6 servings.
* Bacon pieces may be used.
