5 TBLS Brown sugar
6 TBLS white sugar
4 TBLS butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla (don't use 1 tsp. if you have double strength vanilla)
3 TBLS whole milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cut mini chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, mix the brown sugar, sugar, and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and milk. Mix in flour until well blended. Shape and freeze as you like. I let the dough freeze a little bit so it would be easier to handle, then I took the tip of a teaspoon and scooped out a little bit and rolled into tiny balls. Next time I might let it harden a bit, roll out between wax paper/parchement paper and then cut in tiny squares. Freeze until ready to use. This dough tastes good by itself and if you like cookie dough without the eggs, it is pretty good.
