Cottage Cheese Delight

1 pound shredded Jack cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 pint lowfat cottage cheese
6 large California Fresh Eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
Croissant crumbs
Servings: 6
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9" × 9" pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

2. Whisk together milk, flour, cottage cheese, eggs and melted butter. Pour egg/milk mixture into pan and dust top with croissant crumbs. Bake 45 minutes.
