Cracker Jacks (Microwave)

3 quarts Popped popcorn
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 stick Margarine
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup White corn syrup

Spray inside of large grocery bag with oil spray and pour in popcorn.

In Pyrex, combine sugar, margarine, syrup, salt, and microwave on high 2 minutes. Remove, stir, then microwave 2 more minutes.

Remove, stir in vanilla and baking soda gently till foamy, then spread mixture evenly, into the bag of popcorn.

Seal bag by folding top over few times. Shake well, microwave 1 minute more. Remove, shake again, microwave 1 minute more.

Remove and shake again.

Place on foil lined cookie sheet to cool.
