Recipe Feeder
2 cup Chicken, Cooked
1 tablespoon Shortening
1 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 stick Celery
4 stick Parsley
½ Green Pepper
1 Egg
3 Potatoes, Cooked
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Seasoning, To Taste
1 pinch Cayenne

Grind meat or poultry with vegetables through the meat chopper, then add the potatoes mashed. Season and stir the beaten egg in the mixture. Shape into small balls, roll in cracker or bread crumbs, fry quickly in deep hot fat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
