1 1/3 cup Beef Broth
2/3 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cumin Seed -- ground
3 tbs. Coriander -- ground
5 clove Garlic -- minced
Mix all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Makes about 2 1/4 cups. Great marinade for beef (tri-tip) and chicken.
