Creamy yellow with a sprinkle of spice.

3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. apricot brandy (1/2 oz)
1 tbsp. apricot nectar
2 tbsp. eggnog-flavored liqueur (such as Advocaat), 1oz
Ground nutmeg, sprinkle
Serves 1
Heat and stir milk, brandy and apricot nectar in small heavy saucepan on medium until bubbles form around edge.
Remove from heat.
Add liqueur.
Stir.
Makes about 1 cup.
Pour into small mug.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Serving suggestion:
Add extra nutmeg for a more traditional eggnog.
