1 cup Cider Vinegar
0.5 cup
0.67 cup Onion -- minced
1 clove Garlic
1 teasp. Pepper
0.5 teasp. Salt
2 teasp. Red Pepper
1 teasp. Sugar
1 whole Bay Leaf
0.67 teasp. Thyme
3 tblsp. Peanut Oil
3 teasp. Mustard
1 teasp. Cold Water

Boil all but last two ingredients for five minutes. Dissolve mustard in water and add.
