An Ice Cream Drink great for St. Patrick's Day.
1 1/4 oz. Light Rum
2 oz. Lime juice
1 Tbs. Bar Sugar
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice
Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, pour in to a Tall Specialty glass. Top with Aerosol Whipping Cream & Lime Wheel.
