1 bottle White Wine
1 3/4 oz. Cognac
1 cup Sparkling Wine
Breifly heat the arrak and fruit together, stirring all the time, but
do not let the mixture boil. Add the white wine and heat
everything through again. Add the congac and sparkling wine or
champagne.
