Ingredients:

* 1 lb Carrots peeled and grated
* 4 Ozs swede peeled and grated
* 2 Ozs raisins
* 5 Fl oz carton natural yogurt
* 3 Level Tablespoons mayonnaise
* 2 Level teaspoons English -made-mustard
* 2-3 level Tablespoons -mango chutney
* 1/2 oz Flaked almonds


Instructions:

toasted Place the carrots swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt mayonnaise mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before serving.
