6 md Red potatoes, boiled in skin 1/2 ts Dried oregano
2 lg Mild onions, sliced thin Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c Olive oil 8 Black Greek olives
1/2 c Fresh strained lemon juice
8 servings
Peel and cube the potatoes while still warm and combine them with the
onions in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the olives,
toss gently but thoroughly. Adjust seasoning, add the olives.
