Ingredients
- 2 Turkey slices (300 grams)
- Half cup plain yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon of cumin
- 1 Teaspoon of coriander
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Clove garlic minced
Method
Combine cumin, coriander, salt and garlic in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together and place turkey into sauce. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove turkey from the fridge and just before grilling coat the turkey in the yogurt. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and place the turkey on the grill.
Grill for about 6 minutes until the turkey looses the pink colour. Serve with rice or potatoes.
