3 c GROUND HAM (1 1/2 LBS.) 2 tb PREPARED MUSTARD
1 c QUICK COOKING OATS, UNCOOKED 1/3 c BROWN SUGAR **
1/4 ts CINNAMON 3 tb VINEGAR **
1/4 ts GROUND CLOVES 1 tb CORNSTARCH **
2 ea LARGE EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN 1/4 ts CINNAMON **
1/2 c MILK

** Ingredients Used In Sauce
1. Preheat Oven To 400 F.
2. In A Large Bowl, With Hands, Lightly Mix Ham Ball Ingredients And 1/4
Teaspoon Pepper Until Combined. Shape Into 12 Balls, Dividing Evenly.
Arrange In A Shallow Pan; Bake, Uncovered, At 400 F. For 15 Minutes.
3. Meanwhile, Make The Sauce. In A Small Saucepan, Bring The Brown Sugar,
Cinnamon, Vinegar And 1 1/2 Cups Water To A Boil. Simmer For 5 Minutes. In
A Small Dish, Mix Cornstarch With 1/4 Cup Water Until Well Blended. Stir
Into Sauce Mixture. Bring To A Boil, Stirring Constantly. Simmer 1 Minute
Until Thickened. Pour Over Ham And Bake For 30 Minutes Longer. Baste
Occasionally With Sauce Mixture.
