Sugared Ham Slices


2 fully cooked center-cut ham slices, 1" thick (about 3 1/2 lbs)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup horseradish
1/4 cup lemon juice

Score each side of ham slices 1/4" deep in a diamond pattern. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Place ham slices on grill 3" from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with brown sugar mixture.
