24 oz Cream cheese 3 c Hormel chunk ham (mash
1 ts Lemon juice -with fork)
2 ts Worcestershire 1 c Pecans, chopped
1/2 ts Onion salt 1 Green pepper, chopped
8 servings
Cream the cheese together with lemon juice, worcestershire and onion salt.
Stir in ham, pecans and green pepper. Spoon into mold that has been lined
with saran wrap. Cover and chill overnight.
