Herb 'n Crunch Wheat Loaf (1-Pound Recipe)

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (70º to 80ºF)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant dry milk powder
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Servings: 12
1. Select preferred loaf size.

2. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order listed.

3. Select Basic or Rapid Bread Program and Medium Baking Control. Delay Timer feature can be used.

4. Press start. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Yield: 1 Loaf
