3 onions, sliced 3
6 chicken breast halves, skined 6
2 tbsp water 30 mL
1/2 cup honey 125 mL
1/3 cup orange juice 80 mL
2 tbsp Dijon mustard 30 mL
1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 mL
1 tsp curry powder 5 mL
1/4 tsp salt 1 mL
1/8 tsp black pepper 0,5 mL
2 tbsp sesame seeds 30 mL
1 lime, cut in wedges, to garnish 1

Spread onions on bottom of a large, lightly oiled baking dish.

Arrange chicken bone side up, over onions.

Combine water, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, curry powder, salt & black pepper. Spoon sauce over breasts.

Bake at 325°F/160°C for 30 minutes.

Turn chicken over, baste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 20 minutes longer.

Arrange on platter, add sauce and garnish with limes.
