2 Tbsp (30 g) <8 oz> Butter
0.25 c (35 g) <2 c> Powdered sugar
3 Tbsp (60 g) <16 oz> Honey
0.3 c (40 g) <11 oz> Flour
Cinnamon, a dash
Salt, a dash

=Cream the butter with the sugar and honey. Add the flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix until smooth.

Make 2.5 inch circles on silpat, 0.5 inches apart. Bake 2-3 minutes @ 400F.
