1 pkg. soda crackers
1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup soft butter or margarine
1 lemon pudding & pie filling mixture
Make pie filling following package instructions.
Crumble crackers very fine. Add other dry ingredients. Mix butter through until mixture is crumbly. Using 3/4 of dry mixture, put it in a square cake pan. Spread pie filling mixture over it.
Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Allow to completely cool before cutting.
