0.75 tsp gelatine
1 Tbsp cold water

0.75 c sour cream
2 oz salmon fume’
1 Tbsp horseradish - chopped fine
2 tsp dill - chopped
s&p

=Dissolve 1., add 0.25c. sour cream, cook, whisking, till smooth. Puree’ salmon, add all together, chill till fir.
