1 (12- ounce) package lettuce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 (4-ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (4-ounce) package Feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon basil
Servings: 10
Mix Feta cheese, garlic, oregano, rosemary and basil in bowl. Layer lettuce, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and cheese mixture in serving bowl. Toss well. Let sit for 1/2 to 1 hour to allow flavors to mix.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Notes: Chef's Comments: You can use an Italian or Creamy Parmesan dressing with this salad. But, I have found that this salad tastes good enough that you won't need dressing!
