Nutty Cheese Ball

Serve with assorted fruit and crackers. Somewhat softer ball. Make the day before.

14oz. can of crushed pineapple, well-drained
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Makes 1 medium cheese ball
Combine pineapple, cream cheese, salt and onion powder in bowl.
Beat slowly to mix well.
Mix in pecans and green pepper.
Chill overnight.
Shape into a ball.
Serve with fruit and asorted crackers.
