Orange and Radish Salad

1-1/2 cups chopped orange sections
(about
3 medium oranges)
1 cup sliced radishes (about
12 medium)
1 cup thinly sliced red onion (about
1 medium)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or
2 teaspoons dried mint leaves
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. 6 servings
