2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3 tbsp. sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. salad oil
Orange Topping (below)
Heat oven to 400F. Grease round layer pan, 9 x 1 1/2". Mix all ingredients except topping; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread in pan; sprinkle with topping. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Orange Topping:
Mix 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed), 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp soft butter and 1 tbsp grated orange peel.
