Creamy, thick orange liqueur -- reminiscent of an orange ice cream bar. Flavors will mellow with time. Makes a nice gift.
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups vodka
11 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
2 tbsp. vanilla
Serves 32
Measure water and sugar into small saucepan.
Bring to a boil on medium.
Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Let stand until cooled completely.
Measure next 4 ingredients into blender.
Add sugar to mixture.
Process for about 1 minute until smooth.
Makes about 4 cups.
Pour into sterile glass jar with tight fitting lid.
Store for up to 1 month in refrigerator.
Orange Dream Cloud:
Pour equal amounts of Orange Dream Liqueur and club soda over ice in medium glass.
Stir gently.
Serves 1.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve over ice or in your favorite coffee.
