1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces dried pasta, cooked and drained
Process ricotta, yogurt, butter, garlic, walnuts, milk and cheese in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in parsley, basil, pepper.
