8 Peach Slice
3 1/2 oz. Cognac
2 Lemon
4 tbsp. Sugar
2 bottles Dry White Wine
2 bottles Champagne
If the peach segments are very big, cut them in half and put them
in the punch bowl. Add the cognac, lemon juice, and sugar, cover,
and refridgerate for about 2 hours. Add thw white wine, stir well,
and top up the punch with the sparkling wine or champagne.
