Light yellow foam tops this fluffy pineapple treat.
2 cups crushed ice
14oz can of crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 egg white (large), see Note
Serves 6
Process all 5 ingredients in blender until cream-colored and foamy.
Makes aobut 6 2/3 cups.
Pour into 6 medium glasses.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Foam will rise to top.
Note:
Eggs used in beverages should be cold.
Remove egg from refrigerator just before adding.
Beverages containing uncooked egg should be served immediately.
Pineapple Rum Alaska:
Add 6 tbsp. white (light) rum to ingredients in blender before processing.
