4 America's Cut (1 1/4 - 1 1/2-inch thick boneless center loin pork chop)
1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoons catsup
Servings: 4
1. Combine all ingredients except chops and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag, seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
2. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade. Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes).
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
