2 tablespoons pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
1 English muffin split
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese shredded
1 slice luncheon meats or pepperoni, cut up, if you wish
1. Turn on oven to 400°.
2. Spread sauce on muffins. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with luncheon meat or pepperoni.
3. Place pizzas on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
