Recipe Feeder
6 1/2 Sticks butter chilled and diced
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
1 1/2 Teasp salt
Chiiled water about 1 cup

Put all but water with K beater. Blend to large lumps. Pour in water. Blend til it masses. Roll out with xtra flour. Make rectangle. Fold in 3, sprinkling flour on each fold. Repeat 4 times in all. Wrap and rest in frig for 40 minutes. Then do 2 more rolls. Use for Pithiviers, Ham tart, Cheese canapés, etc.
