2 c Radishes; Thinly Sliced 1/2 c Onion; Chopped, 1 Med
3 tb Orange Juice 2 tb Lime Juice
2 tb Fresh Cilantro; Fine Snipped 2 tb Vegetable Oil
1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper; Freshly Ground
6 servings
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at
least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
