Notes: Best kind of glass for this drink: Sour.
2 ounces Gin
1 Egg White
1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Lime Juice
Servings: 1
Using a shaker, combine all ingredients (except soda and ice). Shake well. Pour into sour glass and add soda, ice and stir.
