Salsa Roja Ahumada "Smoked Red Sauce"

1 Tbs. Oil
1 Cup Chopped Vidalia Onions
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Pepper
1 Cup Smoked Hickory Sauce
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
2 6-oz. Cans of Tomato Paste
2 6-oz. Cans of Tomato Sauce
2 4-oz. Jars of Sliced Mushrooms
3 Cup Water
Tabasco sauce to taste

Brown onions and mushrooms in oil. Add all other ingredients and allow to
simmer for at least 45 minutes before serving.
