Salted Peanut Cookies
Preheat oven to 350F
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup corn flakes
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
2 cups flour
Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add eggs, baking soda, and baking powder.
Add oatmeal, cornflakes, peanuts and flour.
Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake until brown.
