Heat oil in the skillet and add: (what I used for the two of us
4 potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and diced
2 white onions, cut into chunks,
1 stick smoked Polish sausage, cut into slices
Season to taste with:
Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic, onion powder and parsley.
Fry until the sausage is cooked and the taters are tender.
Served with Italian bread and salad.
One skillet cooking makes doing the dishes much easier as well!
