1/3 cup Crabmeat, Chopped
1/3 cup Shrimp, Canned, Chopped
3 ounce Salmon, canned, Chopped
4 ounce Swiss Cheese, Shredded
1/3 cup Green Onion, Finely Chopped
4 Eggs
2 cup Cream
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Cayenne
Heat oven to 425f. Ease pastry into quiche dish, or pie plate. Sprinkle seafood, cheese and onion in pastry lined quiche dish. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into quiche dish. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300f. Bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
