1 tbsp. Raisins
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 3/4 oz. White Wine
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 Lemon Peel
dash Cinnamon

Put the raisins in the glass, pour the rum over them, and leave
them to soak for a few minutes. Heat the wine , sugar, lemon
peel, and cinnomon together, but do not let the mixture boil.
When heating, pour the mixture into the glass.
