1 Roast (i used a bottom butt)
1 jar of Pickled Garlic
1 jar of sliced Pepperocinis
1 can Double Strength Beef Broth
1 "Soup Can" of Water
Carrots, Potatoes
Put the Roast Fat Side up and Slice holes and poke in half the Garlic, toss the rest including the juice in.Toss in the entire jar of Pepperocinis, pour in one can of double strength beef broth and one can of water. Chunk in the Potatoes and Carrots, depending on your attitute that day.
