1 1/2 cups Sherry
1 1/2 cups Arrak
3/4 cup plus
Sugar
2 tbsp.
1 Lemon Peel
3 cups Water
Mix the sherry, arrak, and sugar together and leave to infuse for a
short while. Add the water and heat the mixture, stirring all the
time, until the sugar dissloves. Do not let the mixture boil.
