· 1 package Frozen spinach
· 1 small Yellow squash, diced
· 1/2 small Onion, minced
· 2 Carrots, diced
· 4 Cloves garlic, minced
· 6 ounce can V8 juice
· 1/2 cup Navy beans
· 4 cups Water
· 1 teaspoon Salt
Place all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
