* 1 md Onion chopped
* 2 tb Oil
* 1 pk Okra
* 10 oz.
* 1 c Tomatoes
* 16 oz.
* 1/2 ts Salt
* 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Cook onion in fat in saucepan over moderate heat until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook until okra is tender and mixture thickens 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
