1/4 cup light rum
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 cups diced strawberries
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Place the rum, juice, strawberries, and ice cream in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish the rim of each glass with a Strawberry Fan.
