Part 1
1 egg
1 liter of water
4 cups flour
mix all together in a mixing bowl and bam you have the batter all ready. You can tempura anything I like to slice carrots into thin slices and put them in bunches of 5-6. Also good veggies to use are peapods, squash, and onions. Meat wise I'd stick to shrimp or beef. Tried sausage slices once tasted kinda pizzaish but to salty in my perspective.
Part 2
1pot
1/2 cup-1 cup of veggie oil**
**side note** depending on the size of your pot just make sure its enough to submerge the things you are frying
dip your items into the batter, wait for oil to be hot and drop in. We use chopsticks but you can use a fork and suchness if you are not good at gripping with chopsticks, just beware the oil does burn! wait 3 mins or until it is crispy, remove and eat...
So a review
mix egg, water, flour...cut veggies or meat into slices, dip into batter, and fry in oil for 3-5 minutes or until crispy (if it is browned its to long)
