Apple Cider Dressing
2 cups bite-size pieces romaine
lettuce
2 cups bite-size pieces spinach
1 cup bite-size pieces iceberg
lettuce
1 cup shredded zucchini (about
1 medium)
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (about
2 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped radishes (about
8 medium)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (about
1 small)
FRUITY TOSSED SALAD
WITH APPLE CIDER DRESSING
1 eating apple, chopped
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange
segments, drained
Chopped walnuts, if desired

Prepare Apple Cider Dressing in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss. 6 servings

VARIATION

FRUITY TOSSED SALAD WITH APPLE CIDER DRESSING

Omit shredded apple from dressing. Omit zucchini and radishes. Stir in eating apple, chopped, and mandarin orange segments, drained, with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
