2 teaspoons Namida Wasabi paste (Hot)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Combine all dressing ingredients (including Wasabi paste) and whisk until smooth. A blender or food processor works well with this.

Serving Ideas: Serve with Rice Salad.
