3 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup green peppers
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeño peppers (1 to 2)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Servings: 6
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on sliced oranges, cheese-filled manicotti, or with chips.


Yield: 3 cups
