Recipe Feeder
4 cups chopped watermelon
1-1/8 cups sugar (*See note)
1-1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (*See note)
3 cups water

Place watermelon in a blender, and process until smooth.
Strain the watermelon twice.
Discard the pulp, but add the juice to a 2-quart pitcher.
Add the sugar and lemon juice, and stir til the sugar is dissolved.
Add the water, and stir.
Chill the lemonade.
Serve the lemonade cold, and with ice, but stir well before serving.
Yield: 56-ounces of "the best" watermelon lemonade ever!

*Note: I found that after blending the 4 cups of watermelon,
you will end up with 2 cups of fresh watermelon juice, plus,
I found you need 8 medium to large size lemons,
to get 1 and a 1/2 cups of fresh lemon juice.
